Working with Chime Sports Marketing (CSM) and Avanade we created a mobile web employee engagement game to communicate to Avanade employees globally the value of the digital transformation work that is being done with the Formula 1 racing team Williams Martini. The game features re-engagement devices such as collectible items, leaderboards, challenges and big prizes. Subsequently, this will encourage employee teams and talent communities to discover new stories about the company’s work.
